J. R. D. Tata (1904–1993) was one of India’s greatest industrialists, aviators, and philanthropists. He became India’s first licensed pilot in 1929 and founded Tata Airlines in 1932, which later became Air India. As Chairman of the Tata Group for over five decades, he transformed it into one of India’s largest and most respected business conglomerates. Under his leadership, the group expanded into steel, automobiles, chemicals, hospitality, power, and information technology.

Born on 4 November 1929, she amazed the world with her unmatched speed and accuracy in solving complex numerical problems.
