Born on 4th November 1929, Madam Shakuntala Devi was an extraordinary Indian mathematician, author and mental calculation prodigy, popularly known as the “Human Computer.” She displayed exceptional mathematical abilities at a remarkably young age, reportedly performing complex calculations at just three years old. Without formal mathematical training, she amazed the world with her extraordinary numerical intelligence. In 1980, she demonstrated her remarkable abilities by multiplying two 13-digit numbers in just 28 seconds at Imperial College London.
