National Education Day is observed on 11th November to mark the birth anniversary of Maulana Abul Kalam Azad, born on 11 November 1888. He was India’s first Education Minister and a guiding force behind shaping the country’s modern education system. Maulana Azad strongly believed that education is the birthright of every individual, regardless of class, gender, or religion. His efforts led to the establishment of institutions like IITs, UGC, and numerous national universities. His thoughts continue to inspire us to create a society where knowledge is accessible, inclusive, and empowering. On this day, we honour his contribution and commit to carrying forward his vision.
