Honoring the Great Scientist– Sir C.V. Raman

Today, we remember and honour Sir Chandrasekhara Venkata Raman, born on 7th November 1888, one of India’s most brilliant physicists whose groundbreaking discovery of the Raman Effect earned him the Nobel Prize in Physics in 1930. His work revealed how light interacts with matter, opening new doors in the world of science. C.V. Raman continues to inspire generations to think deeply, observe closely, and question fearlessly. His legacy reminds us that with curiosity and dedication, the smallest observation can become the biggest discovery.
